A Couple - Tri
A sweet old couple celebrating sixty years.
He held her hand still soft and supple.
Admitting lots of laughter and some tears.
They certainly were a sweet old couple
He held her hand still soft and supple.
She called him handsome. He called her Gem.
Helping them celebrate, their family with them.
Admitting lots of laughter and some tears.
A question was asked if they ever fight.
Only when he takes my pillows at night.
They certainly were a sweet old couple
Love is a recipe you must mix it, and in our day.
If it was broken you didn’t throw it away.
