A Climax of Vespers

The dark fantasies
of forbidden,
lusts and silhouettes
of scarlet passions.

The lovers,
they mingle
like serpents asunder,
coiling about,
becoming entwined
as chaos
to the enthralls
of jealousy.

Jealousy. . .
with no means
of explanation.
The lovers' emotions
again embrace. . .
feelings
of anger,
of hatred,
arise,
fueling their desires.

Their feelings of loss
and emptiness
flow,
as dismal squalls
of nothingness
cry out
like a climax of vespers.
