A Childs Fantasy
A child holds his Teddy beneath an old tree
He watchs as a young girl blows bubbles
The bubbles form hearts they laugh to see
Then float up and pop away their troubles
More children laugh when they share the sight
They point and smile in wonder
To save the image they shut their eyes tight
And marvel at the spell they're under
The sun glows like a halo behind puffy clouds
A bird flys on high across the sky
Like all of their dreams of wonderfull things
Through the years that too swiftly fly by
