A Changed Life

A CHANGED LIFE

Once I walked all alone, life had no joy or meaning;
I wandered on without a song in this old world of strife.
On in my sins I roamed, in Satan’s fields a-gleaning;
I had no peace from this release; I needed a changed life.
Then someone came up to me one day and said, “Jesus loves you;
Just trust in Him and be saved today, that’s all you have to do.”
So I knelt there in prayer and put my faith in Jesus;
He cleansed my soul and made me whole and gave me my changed
	life.

These words written to “Charade.”
