A Chance For Redemption

A Chance For Redemption
By Jeff Weiner

Worms and roaches crawl on me
Where am I at,
Musty odor ovecomes me
Feeling cold and trapped,

No room to move, air is thin
No light or sound to be had,
How did I get in this place
Was I really that bad,

Buried alive it seems
Thoughts are getting faint,
Trying to scratch my way out
Stuck in this lonely restraint,

Light flashing before my eyes
Wings and a hand appear,
Take hold if you want true happiness
Guiding over others so they wont end up here
