I want to cover memories with you,
transform my view change the past;
Look back and see something new
Everything is magic that we do,
moments seem to go by so fast;
I want to cover memories with you;
By and by fresh thoughts accrue
wiping away old ghosts at last;
Look back and see something new!
The next trip loaded in the queue
with a partner who remains steadfast;
I want to cover memories with you
Happiness has a breakthrough,
lighting a smile of dopamine fast;
Look back and see something new;
A sky, sea, and mind painted blue
stay present there’s a calm forecast;
I want to cover memories with you,
look back and see something new.
