A Broken Promise
Days and times to remember
Unforgettable moments together
It was only you and no other
But situations change, good moments pass away
Replaced with hard feelings everyday
Yet life goes on anyway
Life comes with its own sorrow
Goes away today but comes again tomorrow
Love sometimes brings pain
Makes you want to go insane
But surely you'll fall in it again
I promised to be with you
Some things are too good to be true
Now I have to leave you
Cry, but don't cry your heart out
I might be gone but not totally out
Am still close to you without doubt
Shed no more tears
Have no more fears
So bad have been these years
