A Blank Page
An empty page
Soon comes of age
And just another leaf
Becomes a carrier of grief
With a destiny so unsure
It could not ask for more
As I sit down and write
Telling it of blight
And as it is nearly complete
It begs to finish your initial feat
Accepting your view
And sharing it true
And as I rest
My words having a new nest
It reveals with an astonishing glow
Telling people what they should already know
