A Better Way
I prayed for you today
I prayed that everything would be ok
That god would lead you into a better way
Know matter what people say
You can make it anyways
God said don't look back on yesterday
Because yesterday has gone away
My brother if you just hold on
All this pain will soon be gone
His life in you will make you strong
Just when you're about to fall
Ask for strength and stand up tall
Don't you cry stop your weeping
An everlasting love affair
Is what your seeking
Now open your mouth and give him praise
And look forward to a brand new day
