A Beauty All It's Own
As I sit here at this place I think,
“What a grand and glorious view.”
The sun is fading from the sky
bringing on a night that is new.
It’s like a whole other world out here
as I sit and watch the change.
The shadows lengthen as they fall
across the mountain range.
Autumn has quickly come and gone
and now the winter is here.
The places I’ve walked have frost on the ground
and the air is chilled and clear.
This is a day of majestic wonder
with a beauty all it’s own,
And I must boast in the Lord my God
Where His creativity is shown.
