Why do you write?
he says,
Why do you read?
I respond.

you could read
words and miss
the meanings
where others won’t

the words
placed on a felt table
chalk on a cue stick
twisting, easily slide

to touch
the meanings
you take your shot
into the corner pocket

missed

Love your questions. Many readers miss the meanings of the words/write. Good ending. Have a great/blessed~ day/weekend writing away.................

Just write...and see what/who presents themselves, front and centre. I read somewhere here once, it is up to the reader to interpret meanings. There will be many different individual interpretations; what the writer is uniquely transmitting in its original meaning, will be understood by another, sonar-like, possessing strong intuition and a sense of high empathy. Just write..poems, like people in this life, are won and lost, lost and won.
