The Elements of Life

Earth – this solid mass

Eversince holds us

We'll never escape

From its tightened rape

Water – this solvent

Makes life sufficient

Cleans and occupies

Dwindles, fall and rise

Air – this loosened gas

Fills empty areas

Allows respiration

Triggers production.
