Father you've blown your head off
You left us for good
You daddy were nothing but misunderstood

I don't remember your funeral
or that time we went fishing
All I do is sit here, crying and wishing

Wishing this was different and you haven't gone away.

I don't remember our last Christmas
Or the last words we shared
Although somehow through all of this, I somehow wish I still cared.

After the numbing the tears will flow and your heart will be refreshed. I hope this is a fictional or metophorical piece. If not my heart goes out to you.
