20 Minutes, 8 Hours, 3 Months, 1 Year, 5 Years
Your blood pressure decreases 20 minutes after you stop smoking,
but right now my smoking friend this sad news to you I must extend.
Right now you're a stroke just waiting to happen.
Your blood oxygen level goes back to normal 8 hours after you stop smoking,
but right now your one cigarett closer to cancer my friend.
Your lungs function 30% stronger 3 months after you stop smoking,
but right now my smoking friend, your life will most probably end
with a large thick tube down your throat to prevent you from choking.
1 year after you stop smoking your chances of heart disease are cut in half,
but right now my smoking friend you're one cigarett closer to a heart attack.
5 years after you have had your last smoke, your chances are zero of ever having a stroke.
but right now my smoking fr....ah what the heck, why should I care? Go ahead and smoke.
Isn't your life worth having? Isn't it worth fighting for?
Fight this horrible addiction! Please don't smoke anymore.
Wouldn't you fight for your life if you were viciously attacked?
Tobacco is attacking your life more rapidly and vicious than any homicidal maniac.
