1969

When the sun is shining and clouds are white.
When the children are out flying their kites.
When the streams are clear and the air is clean.
When roses are sweet and the grass is green.
When the problems of this world are solved.
When all the hate has been resolved.
Then I’ll know it’s peace on Earth.
Then there’s only beautiful births.

the sights of the era where the world was a safe place... you don't see kids flying kites or out playing as we did when we were kids... good write :) hugs
