Leaf on Water



Gracefully descending

Downward it's coming

Southward it's going

Lowering, lowering



Thin and subtle

Light and gentle

Now on the shackle

Of water level



Chlorophyll coloring

In water it's brewing

White clam is opening

Tasting, tasting.
