        the cat turns to stone

Hello Richard! I just had some yogurt. Also, coconut flavored..In this heat, no, I never cook. I have other foods to eat. I just read about the coconut juice, it's better than a power drink. They rot your teeth like soda, arg!! Hydration is key. Pulled Pork soon.appreciate your concern. That's so cool. Luv, Panagiota xx
