Hello everyone from Ireland. 

My name is Audra and I am  veteran and I work with veterans. I live at the foot of a mountain in Ireland in a historical walled town with a castle sounds idylic right, it really is.I am a deputy CEO of a charity in my dailiy life and I do a lot of fundraising work for a Veterans charity. I love music any type and that is my go to when im not writing. I use poetry in my clinical work to allow veterans to put complex emotions into words giving them saftey in distance through metaph or..My writing spans research, clinical practice, and creative expression.
