My Love

If I could caress the beauty
of every day that you touch,
I know I would be breathless

You hold my love

Within your delicate hands,
and I am not afraid

Every beat of my heart
can feel your compassion,
a part of me, can feel your kiss

If I could just hold you
right now in my embrace,
I would be speechless

You have my love

Where I want it to be,
wrapped in the beauty
of every day

That silently waits,
to caress my heart again
