It Won't Be Long Now
Winter time is weary
The birds are calling Spring
Listen to them sing
Sunshine on the wing
Soon it will be starting
Daffodils will swing
Breezes warm to bring
Love for everything
It won’t be long now
The bees are buzzing happy
My fingers feeling snappy
It won’t be long now
No longer feeling nappy
My toes are rather tappy
I just want to feel the sun
as it surrounds me
I’ll feel such the lucky one
The world astounds me
It wont be long now for Spring
