Human Not Climate Change Poem Two

Learning to love another as is, that most definitely,
Is within our power.
Thinking that we can control the weather, the seas,is totally bonkers!
We cannot even make it into a Church on a bright
Sunday, nope, not even for one hour.

And what of simple communication, right here at
Poetry Soup?
We have our own rules, the most famous, “ I only read
those who read me?”
What if we find out they died, and were no longer in
life’s loop?

What if we learned and took time to meet and work for
a politician …before any election?
The media has their own POV, which many think, sadly
is undeniably true.
So, when your candidate loses on election day, there
Is dissatisfaction and calls for an insurrection ?

Even in small groups, there are little wars being staged,
I don’t understand all the rage?
Nations on earth even , still having wars~ the game of making wrong, right is still going strong?
So, I say.. be kind and respect one another, turn from climate change to the ultimate …the human page!
