Exercise Bicycle Poem One

Tomorrow, l'Il try my exercise bike.
No, not that expensive, complee doozy!
I'd fall down and be a fallen, poetic lollapaloozy!

My glory days of riding a real bicycle have long past.
But all our bodies need exercise, as do our minds.
Not too slow, nor too fast, respect your body, it’s  one of a kind!

Many die young because, here in the USA are way too fat. Their hearts cannot stand the weight! Their kids are so fat, age 3, look like balloons., i stopped going to carnivals ! It was too sad for me. I don’t understand it.. one of my friends or myself were obese as kids. Obesity is a problem in the USA. Pangie xx
