Your own "There"

There is always a there a point in the map of a life that cannot be guessed, only arrived at. It is not merely a place one can name on a road sign, nor a location reached by haste or cleverness. It is a convergence of timing, of purpose, of unseen arrangements already set in motion before the traveler ever begins the journey. Many rise early, move swiftly, and yet miss it entirely, because speed is no substitute for direction, and effort cannot compensate for misalignment. For there is not everywhere. It is precise. There, provision waits but only there. Elsewhere, the same hands grasp and return empty. The difference is not always visible to the eye. Two paths may look alike, two doors equally open, two opportunities equally promising. Yet one leads into friction, delay, and quiet frustration, while the other though it may appear modest holds a strange ease, as though events themselves are cooperating. There is a geography to destiny, marked not by human coordinates but by alignment. Its latitude is timing; its longitude is obedience to purpose. When either is off, even by a little, the traveler wanders. He labors harder, explains more, forces doors, negotiates outcomes that should have opened freely. He calls it persistence, but often it is displacement. Because there cannot be manufactured. It is appointed. Men have tried to arrive at their future through shortcuts through influence, through manipulation, through the noise of ambition. They construct versions of there in places that were never meant to hold them. And for a time, it may seem to work. They dwell, they build, they settle. But something beneath the surface resists. The provision does not flow as it should. The relationships strain. The environment, though occupied, never quite receives them. It is the quiet consequence of being almost right, yet not truly placed. For in the mystery of human destiny, there is not only a destination it is also a meeting point. Someone is already assigned to that space, just as one is assigned to arrive. Purpose is rarely solitary; it is woven through encounters prepared in advance. Miss the place, and the connection is missed. Miss the timing, and the provision is delayed. Arrive too soon or too late, and what was meant to sustain becomes inaccessible. So the struggle of man is not merely movement, but accuracy. To discern where there is. To wait when waiting is required. To move when movement is commanded. For the tragedy is not that a man fails to act, but that he acts in the wrong direction with full conviction. And yet, when he finds it when he steps into that precise intersection where place, time, and purpose agree there is a quiet confirmation. Things begin to align without force. What was once strained becomes natural. What was withheld begins to appear. Not in excess, not in spectacle, but in sufficiency. Enough to sustain. Enough to continue. Because there was never about abundance alone. It was about alignment.
