The Old Man and the Cabin

The old man lived in a cabin far in the woods. He didn't venture out much except for supplies and things he needed. On a sunny day, the old man went for a walk. He ended up by a beach and walked along, occasionally picking up a shell as he walked. He felt a slight ache in his back as he bend down but kept pursuing the shells. He spotted a woman picking up shells also. She gave a wave and he waved back.

He proceeded to walk in the woman's direction. "Hello there", he said.

Why hello", she responded.

"Lovely day", he said.

"Yes it is."

"Are you from around here?"

"Just up the way.", she said.

"Have a nice day and perhaps I'll wander this way again."

"That would be lovely", she responded.

The old man walked away with a slight grin.
