Emmanuel was with Sarah, his second cousin, that afternoon. Mum and dad planned on travelling to the village and leaving both of them behind.
4:45pm,
“You both should take care of yourself, we’re coming back tomorrow”, dad said as he steamed the engine of his car ready to zoom off. “Ok dad”, Emmanuel and Sarah answered in unison. Their conversation was in a fast ride until it reached its breaking point, its dead end. Dead enough that emotions set in slowly and they both didn’t realize.

While the evening breeze was slowly blowing the pink-like curtains of the sitting room, Sarah decided to move a little close to where Emmanuel was sitting. She wanted to know what he was fiddling on his mobile phone. She sat by his side, leaned on his exposed shoulder, and sent his emotions running speedily and getting glued to his dermis. His epidermis wasn’t stable now! No it wasn’t, they both had feelings for themselves and it was getting hot, hot enough to melt steel!

The touching love movie they had both finished watching was still fresh in their minds, fresh enough to merge what they watched with their current feelings for each other…
There was a chance to end all this but Emmanuel wouldn’t resist by standing up and moving to his room; Sarah wouldn’t resist by giving excuses that she wasn’t comfortable with him in the middle of the dark!

Emmanuel requested for a hug like there was never going to be some other chance, claiming he had never hugged his cousin before; Sarah too hurriedly hugged him. This was bad. The time bomb was counting!

About untying themselves, they found their lips placed against each others. Now emotions broke loose from their dermis; their skin, the only thing touching against each other!
Sarah and her cousin were lost. Things got worst until finally, the time bomb was detonated…………………. “Ahhhhhh”, Sarah screamed. Her senses awoke, her sanity settled!! She slowly looked downwards.
