The creature with the human Face

It was a early in the morning, Tumi woke up early and went outside to check on the weather. And mostly get to experience real fresh air before the people around woke up and bathed. They had bathed with muthi to wash away bad lucks or even do it for protection purposes. This then contaminates the atmosphere as in most traditional ways women carry dirty spirits that may temper with the way your day had to commence. This had also been a way to survive from the muthi by taking a bath earlier than the nearby households. This is accompanied by waking up at midnight to pray for eliminations of curses. And at three o’clock in the morning for acceptance of the gift carried by the one to deliver the message of life to take us through the daily troubles that are accompanied by gifts. He went outside the house and took a walk to the kraal and back to the house. He then warmed the kettle and made a cup of tea to drink while he planned his day. He then decided to put on the pot with water to make soft porridge as a surprise for his grandfather and grandmother. It was still around am in the morning and his dogs started bucking. He ignored them, thinking they would come down or had saw an animal passing by. He then got up from his chair to check the dogs through the window. He had started by calling the names Matt and Benny, and instructed them to keep quiet. As he looked through the window he saw a certain unexplainable creature. It was moving towards his kraal and had been kept busy by the bucking dogs. He went to his room to check for a gun that had stayed home for protection. Went and quietly had his grandfather woke up. They creeped through the kitchen and had the door opened and before they could go outside. He had loaded the gun and pulled the trigger at first sight of the creature. It had killed a bull and was feeding of it while facing down. The bullet hit the creature and forced the dogs to move in closer to the creature. As soon as the creature woke it head he shot the second bullet making it hard for the same creature to continue feasting but made it move away into the woods. It had been the dangerous mountains creature that had been attracted by the bulls in the kraal. He then let the dogs run after it while he shot the third bullet that went through the flesh. Making the creature live tails or droplets of blood on the flood and through the trees. He had moved closer to make sure that it was far away into the deeper part of the wood. He had whistled calling his dogs to return back home. His grandfather had be trying to save the bull, but he had been late as the bull died on it’s own. Thus pissed him off as he had just killed a bull during the last days. He then got up and told Tumi to go get the van as they were now hunting the deadly animal. He had thought it was the same creature that lives in the water or found hunting on land where they are mountains mostly. Tumi had noticed the blood droplets and decided to let his grandfather hunt in a car while he hunted on feet. To try follow the droplets. He had two of his dogs in front of him sniffing the woods and followed the scent as he looked for the droplets spilled on the floor to the leafs and branches. They got to close to the creature, where it had originally lived. It was near the flowing river, close to the mountain in a place that looked like a hole. It was in the form of a circle that had trees covering from above. Where the blood droplets got spilled at larger quantity that the water there had the blood color on top of the water. He had shot two times in the water to make it appear or make any sudden movements within the water. His grandfather got close with the van. They had decided to close off the hole by bombing the rocks near by to full close the part that had blood flowing with the water. His grandfather immediately remembered that he had carried bombs used from his retirement from the military. They were not even afraid the dogs had kept quiet while they sat next to the river spot with the still water and blood on top of the water. They planted the bombs around the rocky mountains. They moved few steps away together with the dogs. His grandfather had carried a switch to activate the bombs. He pressed it and immediately pulled all the rocks down into the valley and that had made sure that anything in the water at that point will be deeply hurt. The creature tried to swim back to the top and Tumi fired two times and the rock had went on it together with the shot bullets. That buried the creature living its tail swimming as it was being crushed by the falling rocks. They had waited till all rocks covered the whole entire valley spot. They had left it three as it was dead. They informed the traditional healers around to fetch it for their rituals. They now used the van to get back home with as it would be the fasted way to travel. They arrived at home and found his grandmother dishing out breakfast. They had entered the house, bathed and had a prayer and read the Bible as to ask for answers about what had occurred. They sat down ate their own breakfast while sharing the story. Still astonished, his grandfather then added by asking him to take the dead bull blood for testing and asked him to have the bull cut so he can feed it to the lions nearby kept in a zoo.
