Sujahs Story Chapter3

Once Sujah made it back to his house, his next-door neighbor Professor Stevenson was standing at the front door of his house. Sujah then said hello to Professor Stevenson and then Professor Stevenson explained to Sujah that he had super powers and that they came from a long history of being passed down through generations of Blue Monks that lived thousands of years ago and that Sujah is a direct descendent of the Blue Monk leader. Then Professor Stevenson explained to Sujah that Sujah’s mother had to go and take care of Sujah’s grandmother who was very sick and requested that Professor Stevenson allow Sujah to stay at his place while she was away. Later in the day after Sujah packed all his bags and moved in with Professor Stevenson, He then explained to Sujah that he had to stop going to school because the organization Merchant’s INC was going around kidnapping people for mysterious reasons. So to keep Sujah from becoming another victim, Professor Stevenson had to train Sujah academically and physically; then Sujah had to take a new identity known as “Hinto Ajamu” (Blue Warrior). Sujah also had to learn the Karataedo fighting style created by the Blue Monks by copying the moves from ancient wall carvings and using his supernatural powers just as the Blue Monks did a thousand years ago. Professor Stevenson takes on the role of a father figure to Sujah, since the professor was also a famous archeologist and a personal friend of Sujah’s father during the discovery of the ancient ruins of the Blue Monk Clans’ temple located in the Canyon Ways north of Capachin City. Professor Stevenson also uncovered some ancient wall clay wall carvings depicting the Clans’ ancient fighting style and studied the basic martial art forms. Later in the afternoon after Sujah finished unpacking his clothes, Professor Stevenson calls Sujah downstairs for lunch and asks Sujah to tell him a little about his personal life and Sujah replies that he is 15 years old, attends high school and that his father use to tell him stories about the Blue Monk clan legendary adventures past down through family generations. Every night before his parents tucked him in bed as a kid.

During the day Sujah would often run around the house in his pajamas pretending to be a legendary super hero and setting up his building blocks to look like monsters so that he could pretend like he was fighting them, just as his ancient idols did. In kindergarten Sujah would bring his father’s history book to class for show and tell and told his classmates that he wanted to be a superhero. Then one child approached Sujah and said, “Hi my name is Kurfu and want be a super hero too”. Then Sujah and Kurfu became best friends ever since. One-day Sujah’s father told him the story about his great grandfather and the role he played in fight two monsters before he disappeared. At first Sujah didn’t understand why he disappeared but he knew that one day he would find out and Sujah attempted to ask his father but his father was on his way to work. This was also the last time Sujah ever saw his father before the construction accident ended his life.
