Story Of Me

I am a Minister of Communication / Encouragement Counseling (Credential through Open Ministry and Assistant Ministries at Metro Harvest AOG in Syracuse, NY) and owner of JuLaw Consultant Services / Investors...' Master of the Internet' (JCSI...' MotI'). I have been married to Margaret for over 49 years. She put up with me through thick and thin. We had a son who died at birth, and we also have two beautiful daughters who are doing great in life. I am seventy-five years of age plus and will continue to do what I believe God has called me to do at this time of my life. I believe and trust in God through my Lord, Savior, and Great High Priest Jesus Christ, who is the head of my life. I originally came from a small town called Lamont, Fla. 29 miles south of the capital, Tallahassee, Fla. I graduated from a small high school called Howard Academy in Monticello, Fla. in 1963. Our motto was 'The Bumble Bee', which is a 'strong Bee' that seems to be impossible to fly, but it does and does it better than any other flying bug (in my personal opinion).

In the 60s, it was very challenging for me to grow up, where prejudiced filled the land. Being a person of color (Black), I didn't have the same rights and privileges as a white person, but I managed and made it through those challenging years. To make a long story short, I came to Syracuse, NY in 1965 and didn't have any idea of how to complete my education, because I had a learning disability and to get through the thing that happens in my life was very challenging. So I decided to join the Job Corps in Syracuse, NY. I was among the first people of color to leave the City of Syracuse to join the Job Corps in Syracuse at that time in history. I was sent to Parks Job Corps Training Center in Pleasanton, Calif., studied at the University of Calif. in Berkeley, Gary Job Corps Training Center in San Marcos, Texas, and graduated. I continued my education through Syracuse University College, p/t from 1970 through the 80s, studying a variety of courses. I attend Empire College and received my credential in Social Services Competency-Based Training, Graduated. I attend Regents College (Cornell Cooperative Extension), Family Development Credential Program, Graduated, and a variety of other studies. My objective (and still) 'To help as many individuals as possible to realize their potential for becoming self-sufficient". I have had a variety of employments in my lifetime, but working with P.E.A.C.E., Inc., was one the best that ever worked for because this program helped me throughout my education process.

At P.E.A.C.E., I started with Head Start and eventually became the Program Coordinator of Project Connection which was located in Kennedy Square Apartment Complex. I was able to use my training with the help of my staff and the main office to help many families which I am forever grateful that God allowed me to be at the right place at the right time in history. Without His guiding, I would not be able to do anything sufficient in life. My work in Kennedy Square was very challenging because there were many violent activities that took placed in the complex, such as shootings, illegal drugs sold, etc. However, it was very rewarding to me and all who worked with me, because we were able to help many families, especially their children.

This is only a short view of my life story and it continues still today as we speak. I want to thank all the programs, agencies, organizations, churches, individuals who helped and are helping in life because it is making me stronger to do tasks that I have to do in life. This one thing that I have said and still say. "Our youth are not just the future to come, they are 'The FutureNow’. What we do for them NOW will determine WHO and WHAT they will be TOMORROW." I still have much more to do in my life with the grace of God Almighty.
One of my special Scripture is; "This is the confidence that we have in Him IF we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and IF we know that He hears us, WE HAVE the petitions that we desire of Him (1John 5:14-15)”.

POWER & AUTHORITY THRU CHRIST JESUS
God is the Power Source and He has given us authority through Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter who allow us to use this Authority, where Christ has given to us Authority to us the Power, where the One True God has given the earth to mankind. Is what God requires of mankind when using this Power and Authority. Authority is abused when Leaders use it for the best interest of themselves, rather than for the best interest of others. Authority is abused when used for evil rather than for good. Thanks are to the Mercy and Grace of God through Christ Jesus (Matthew 28:16-20; Psalms 115:9-14; Micah 6:6-16; Ephesians 2:4-10; Hebrews 4:12-16).
