Pure Harmony: Episode Two

PURE HARMONY: EP. 2

The Tourists

After a few minutes of searching, I was fortunate enough to find a whole herd of flesh, probably twenty or so, closely knit together, bumping against each other like pigs to the slaughterhouse. They were headed straight for our village. When they arrived, several of my brethren came from all sides. From in, and behind the houses.

I had a closer look as stepped from behind the tree. They were mostly natives. They happily greeted the Puritan Messengers, Priests, and Nokuk, who I only noticed the moment he shook someone's hand.

I took a tourist by the hand and greeted her. I looked at her, and she was a mild woman, definitely older than twenty. Her hair was short, and black and her coat and shoes were white, possibly in homage of her white robes. Her smile was so bright, it was sickening, which just gave me more of a reason to continue the operation.

The tourists were either persuaded to enter our huts, or entered of their own free will. I took her in to my own hut.

She stared in awe as she looked at the vivid painting on the wall, of a bald, pale deity observing a widespread fire, swallowing dots of every color, shape and size.

She was so mezmerized by the enriched cultural beauty, that when i chanted, she chanted along with me, until she suddenly exploded into a puddle of blood.

We opened the doors of our huts, chanting a prayer, as the souls' composition wavered, before blowing apart like leaves.

"Phase One In Progress..."
