Elionne loved the rain. She loved how it fell in uncoordinated beats ,like her mind. How it was rapidly wild then serenely calm, like her thoughts. How it muffled the screams behind the curtains, like her chestnut brown deadly eyes. How it seemed so pure, so innocent, so...like her. Except that she wasn't. And that dark still quiet night when the air seemed tense-tight like it would break any moment, her footsteps echoed in her mind, It taunted her, her uncoordinated footsteps.
