Marketing The Resort Lifestyle

Claiming to have a winning supersonic flyer Arcadia hit the slopes thinking that this was going to be a winter season to remember at the resort featuring a cross country course as the luring temptation for the city folks down south.

Only a few minutes passed, and the new affluent owner started to feel the effects to the freezing temperatures as he strapped on the skis along with gripping the poles in his gloved hands.

“Casillater,” he blurted out looking good while trying a long shot by showing a hand gesture to the blonde teenager standing on the registration area porch.

“Yeah, see you later,” the adolescent answered before heading back into the lobby where Miss Anita Gordon was sitting reflecting in front of the fire.

“Cal, I know you’re the bread here,” she stared into the flames commentating about the ski buddy employee, “but I do have a nice allowance and an optional claiming option to put into play when I want too.”

“And what Miss Gordon do you want to claim with your allowance option?”

“Rose Maddox, I want her at this place she's bullet proof winner at the box office,” Miss Gordon who guests nicknamed her a Saint replied plotting a change to the entertainment bookings.

“What do you want us to do with the Carmen Miranda show?” Cal asked.

“Hasn’t her talent game show contract ended here,” Miss Gordon stood up.

“No,” Cal answered.

Within a second Miss Gordon started to scream and shout, “that is all she was a contest winner,” she yelled sounding like a maniac claiming the theatrical fact, “of a local bar karaoke publicity stunt down in the valley village.”

A few days later Arcadia was starting to get used to the temperatures and was casually inspecting the grounds he purchased wanting a profitable experience. Coming to the cabin that worked both as a dining facility and showroom he noticed a suitcase on the porch.

“Whose is this?”

“Carman Miranda,” Miss Gordon reported appearing inside the open door.

“I thought she liked it here,”

“She did but we needed to change things Mr. Arcadia,” Miss Gordon explained, “and we have a new reason to trek up here in the winter, Rose Maddox Miss Therapeutic Tease.”

Suddenly a cab drove up and dressed in athletic sweats Rose Maddox Miss Therapeutic Tease emerged from the backseat.

“In college she was Miss All Around,”

“Really,” Arcadia was in a stare watching her deal with her own baggage.

“And she has this wild arch in her floor exercise show that is worth the mountain climb.”

“That will get them up here from the city,” Arcadia heart started to beat quicker after smelling the perfume Rose Maddox was displaying walking into her new performing digs.
