Love: The Beauty of the King and Queen

Her tall body harmonised with the beauty of her long blond hair and blue eyes. You could feel the tiny spots of green grass inside her windows tickling you, as she always teased those who would make eye contact with her. She made everyone beg for a little more. More time, more conversation and most of all… more relation. Although, the lady known as Magnificence seemed taken, no one actually ever had the chance to get closer than the distance calculated by envy.

A similar man walked in the opposite direction. His tropical skin made every women walking beside him glow like the million stars in the sky. Along with it, he made the night feel like day by empowering his muscular arms like the sun. As hot as the idea of being on the warm sand in the middle of summer might seem, next to him you would feel like another princess living the dream.

It was a sight of miracles coming true one after the other. Seeing the two godly angels of beauty walking past each other without noticing the thousand eyes staring at them. Why? Because for the first time in years both of them experienced a sight of fantasies and fairy-tale stories in the face of reality. They were both powerless. Speechless.

She witnessed a man with self-respect, highly valued morals, discipline and a man with so much authority that for the first time, she felt less. He was her saviour, her might and will to live.

He felt the hands of an angel healing him from temptation. He felt the green grass teasing his soul, forcing and then denying him to want more. To beg for more of her. With her Rosé lips and blushing cheeks, he saw the figure of a beautiful goddess making him feel like only a soldier and for the first time, not the King.

This was the moment they realised that nothing can compare to the beauty they saw in each other. No power, no nature, no physical expression can equal another to what they have found in each other.

They stood stationary. There was silence over the town. The birds came like a shiny white dainty surrounding them. At that moment they were the actors of a Romeo and Juliette play, and everyone stared. In anticipation they waited for the apex to build up.

Slowly she turned around to face her hero. He gently turned around to look into her charm. For that second made the future wish for love. Love like theirs. That second created the theory of love at first sight to become a fact. Everyone who witnessed that remarkable tale, now believe that one day… just maybe one day, they would be lucky enough to relive another beauty such as theirs. Wishing and hoping that they would be the ones’ resetting that theory – that of the King and Queen– into making it once again a reality.
