Lindsay's Christmas Eve Adventure

It was Christmas Eve. Lindsay was excited that it was finally Christmas Eve. Tomorrow on Christmas Day she would be spending the holiday with her family. She was excited about seeing her family and also her older brother. Lindsay bundled up in warm winter clothing and winter boots. She put her wallet in her pocket put a leash on her dog a cocker spaniel named Holly and stepped outside into the snow. She just wanted to take her dog for a walk and also make a quick pit stop at the bakery to buy some bran muffins. On the way to the bakery with her dog Lindsay passed by a homeless person with no shoes on. She asked him where his shoes were and he told his shoes had worn out so he threw them in the trash. Lindsay looked in her purse for her wallet but couldn’t find her wallet. She thought she lost her wallet. When she heard a voice whisper in your pocket. She searched her pockets and found her wallet. She looked at the homeless man and said I will buy you some new shoes. She then kept walking down the road turned the street corner and saw blazing bakery. In blazing bakery Christmas carols were playing and there was a lovely aroma of fresh baked goods. Memories of baking with her mother as a young girl flooded back to Lindsay. She let the memories get to her for a few minutes and then bought the bran muffins she wanted. On the way back home Lindsay bought a pair of shoes for the homeless man. back home she settled down with a cup of coffee and her dog on her lap. She began to think about her fun filled Christmas Eve Adventure.

The End
