Hex

Hex

It was a sunny day middle of July. Karen was driving a car going to do some shopping. She wasn’t alone she was with her three squabbling children. She was suffering from a depression. She had such sadness in her life, unbearable. The misfortune of ever getting married, he deserted her after causing so much trouble over money. Then all of a sudden, she notices a red mark on her hand, it was a hex. It just appeared. Unable to breathe she tried to rub it off. It was under her skin top of her hand. She panicked. Unable to understand where, why and who. It was there for 30 minutes then vanished. She couldn’t prove it even if she told anyone they would think she was mad. Who was it that hexed her. Why?

She came home heavily burdened with thoughts of how did this happen. She wept quietly.

All this negative energy she was feeling the days before. Nothing was going right in her life.

She was in near poverty, trying to make ends meet. Didn’t know why anyone would do that to her. She knew a bit about witchcraft but never thought it would happen to her. In real life it doesn’t exist. As she was looking out of the window, she watched people happily going about their business. She wished she was them. Then while thinking she fell asleep and dreamt.

She was playing a game of chess in hell. This wasn’t the usual sixty-four square board it was a twelve square. She was a white pawn. It looked she was alone with a knight. The other side of the boards she saw three pieces, a king, queen, pawn and a knight. They were moving in on her attacking her. She was stuck couldn’t make any moves. They were like demonic pieces using witchcraft to embroil her in so much pain. She couldn’t get away

She suddenly wakes to a voice saying “pay your debt”

Apart from feeling mad she didn’t know what to do. What debt, I haven’t done anything. Could it be her ex she knew he was always dabbling in the occult before he met her. Was the debt passed on or something?
