Feeling Wholesome

When it’s a Thursday and you got your two little boys’ dental appointment. You wait in the lobby with your wife and two little munchkins who are incredibly adorable. All they want is yours and their mom’s attention, also to roam around the lobby and be who they are. Randomly you get this feeling; how beautiful this is, your own little family. What you bring into their lives. The value you add to your life, your wife’s and your children. Even if the room was full of beautiful women, you don’t look out for them, how they look or what they have to offer you. Rather you look out your kids because they are running here and there. Also you notice your wife, how incredibly amazing she is. Suddenly you feel you are a wonderful father and a lovely husband. You make their lives safe and beautiful. You protect them from difficulties. You want the best for them. Also you know your wonderful wife is the biggest support in this whole thing. You are growing, she is growing, both of you growing together and making things possible. It sounds like the purpose of life. To be someone, to support someone and build something together which is wonderful and keep making a beautiful difference in their lives and yours towards growth and happiness.
