Elena's Dream

Elena had always been terrified of death. The mere thought of it caused her to break out in a cold sweat, and she couldn't imagine ever facing such a frightening and unknown state. But one night, Elena fell into a deep sleep and had a dream that would change her outlook on death forever.

In her dream, Elena experienced all the pain, anguish, and fear of dying. She felt her body grow weak and her breaths become labored. She saw her loved ones around her, tears streaming down their faces as they said their final goodbyes. And then, in an instant, all went black. Elena had died.
