Can I have my money back?
When lady was down and out, struggling trying to make ends meet. She met me I offered her some money of Ten thousand pounds. I would only take three percent interest. All she had to do was give it back in thirty years. So, we signed a private contract. She had seven children and we agreed the children had a bright future. They would all come together and pay me back the money. Then all would be settled.
Thirty years on I come back, she has a wonderful house and working children. But I suspect she has changed or she forgot, she refuses to give back the money. She completely denies this.
I was insulted she hadn’t honoured the contract. Now I’m left with what to do. She has a lovely house and garden and is living well.
I could take her to court. I have the contract but I don’t want it to end like this.
But watching how people change and tell lies and forget that I was the one that helped her out when she was down and out. I thought about approaching one of her children see if they would see sense, but she refuses to let me in or anywhere near her.
What happened?
