BASIC TEAMWORK

Many different cities, many different nationalities, many different ways of living yet they all came together for one overall goal. They started out as individuals, but they ended up a team.

One man took on the task of leading these individuals. There were many things this team needed to learn, but the most difficult one to learn as well as to teach was exactly how to become a team. The leader of this group must convince them that teamwork is the only way to make it. So, began their long and grueling journey toward working as one unit.

Physical training, marching, folding clothes and other basic inspections, some will pass while others will fail. Then follows the belittling of those who didn't make it. From there, the actual verbal abuse starts until the next inspection when various others will fail. Then all hell between one another shall break loose to form total chaos. The end of the first week draws upon them, and their training has begun.

When in the prescence of their leader, they act as a team, but when he leaves, there is much arguing amongst these loners. They attempt to pull together when it really counts. The days wind down, and it comes down to one final part of the first half of competition. Barely scrapping by, they make it, and they have reached half of their goal. There is still a long road ahead to reach their ultimate goal.

With three days of inspections and one more day than that to prepare, the second half of competition gets underway. Though it is short and goes by quickly, it has a great impact on the result of the entire competition. How this team performs overall greatly depends on what they can accomplish during the second half.

Inspections are done, the last class has begun. The long weeks of training have paid off. They put to rest the Hall of Fame, and raise hight the Seal's Gold. Being a Hall of Fame company is all about score and red flags, but more importantly just how much pride your company has. These individuals have much pride in their company, and with that deep down, they know they're the best. They march tall and proud on that final day, knowing very well that they accomplished what they set out to do.

Many different cities, many different nationalities, many different ways of living, yet they all came together for one overall goal. They started out as individuals, but they ended up a team.
