A Thanks Giving to Remember

The day started out foggy and cold. Just like I felt inside.

Penniless and hungry for family and friends made this day seem worthless. As afternoon approached the sun finally found its way through the clouds. I decided rather than mope around I would take the time to write to the people I cared for. But there were so many that I cared about. The only way I could do this was to put on paper the thoughts for them as a group. Nothing I could write applied to all of them in one session so I decided to write a prayer for some guidance on how to do this. As I completed it I realized that the very prayer I had written certainly applied to all those special people in my life.

My heart was lifted. I let them all know that they are so very important in my life.

Who could have guessed it would end up such a beautiful a day?
