EINE DER GRÖSSTEN HERAUSFORDERUNGEN DER MENSCHEN IST ES, MIT SICH SELBST IN HARMONIE ZU SEIN UND AUF SEINE INNERE STIMME ZU HÖREN. DAS ERFORDERT KONZENTRATION UND ENTSCHLOSSENHEIT, VOR ALLEM, DA WIR STÄNDIG ABGELENKT SIND. WER DIESE INNERE KONTROLLE BESITZT, HAT EIN KLARES VERSTÄNDNIS DER ÄUSSEREN WELT.

A black ringlet curls to lie
at the nape of her neck,
glistening with sweat
in the evaporate moonlight...
This is what I remember
now that I cannot forget.
And tonight,
if I have forgotten her name,
I remember...
rigid wire and white lace
half-impressed in her flesh,
our soft cries, like regret
...the enameled white clips
of her bra strap
still inscribe dimpled marks
that my kisses erase...
now that I have forgotten her face.

4. Poetry is an ever expanding ocean, begging ever more creatures to swim in its swirling depths.

Trapped in a burning house
Wired with fear and self doubt,
I pretended one day I'd be saved.
But I'd rather jump and fall,
and live crippled and flawed,
than to melt to a cowardly grave.
So I Jumped!%

we are the cavemen of the future
black wires insulated with white snow
frosted layers
a cake of briefest memories
lost in an ocean of trivia, one snowflake touches another

TIME TWIRL TRAVEL MY RHYME GIRL

|
I look up into the sky. As a paint brush swirls half heartedly around in my mind. I see a family of robins flying by, silhouettes of past lovers in the clouds, castles of the working class, and warmth. All the things I dream of, wish for, dwell on. And don't have. My canvas is blue. The pigments mixed with tears. The sun now setting. Time is my enemy. Beyond the horizon an army of depression is at battle. My soldiers are blue.

'A writer writes, always!' Write for ANY reason, just write! I believe we are special tools for the Creative Conscience, and learning to hear that voice begins by just articulating or activating, and staying attuned to what happens. Put the pen to paper - or fingers to the keyboard - see where it takes you, and apply those results to your puddle of wisdom... swirl it, dip your toes, taste the sweet and bitter. Yes - just DO it!
