Generalists should be the upbeat, positive people in the profession while specialists should be their grouchy, negative counterparts.

We had some guys who had been starting and batting in different spots in the order. Jack made a shuffle and put some guys in different places. I think the credit goes to them for taking it and being upbeat about it. Any time there are changes, it can be tough on people's psyche.
