Desde sempre na natureza humana encontramos três causas principais de disputa.
A primeira causa da disputa é a competição. Já a segunda é a timidez que vem seguida da terceira causa que é a cobiça por ninharias.
As pessoas que se enquadram na primeira causa usam a violência para se tornarem donos majoritários dos bens das pessoas. A segunda causa das disputas aparece sob o pretexto de defender outrem.
O terceiro tipo de pessoa que entra nas disputas o faz por cobiça ou ninharias.

A mais importante marca humana é a voz.
A voz marca a passagem de uma pessoa pela terra. É a voz para falar por àquelas pessoas que deixaram de ter voz, pelas pessoas oprimidas e para mostrar caminhos que transforme o mundo num lugar em que se viva melhor.
Vivamos para que quando no futuro perguntarem onde estávamos quando os sem voz e os vulneráveis em nossa era precisavam de líderes de compaixão e propósito, devemos estar prontas para dizer que aparecemos e que chegamos na hora certa.
