Be kind to everyone, including yourself. If you aren't compassionate with yourself, how do you know how to be empathetic with others? Absolve yourself for not only earlier mistakes, but for those that you will inevitably make. Life is truly too short for self-hatred. And it ends up hurting those we care most about. Forgiveness, compassion, self-love, and kindness must be universal in all that we do and speak.
