People seek motivation from others to make the day just a little easier. I don't judge but it's clear you haven't suffered true addiction, if you believe it's a choice then ur blessed and u will never have to experience the harsh pains addicts have to go thru but the truth is it is neither a flaw or a choice. When you pick up your first legal drink you don't choice to become an alcoholic, it's your choice to be an active one or a recovering one, just like you don't choose to become hooked on pain pills which leads to heroin for an injury you received, again you choose to stay active as an addict or become a recovering one. And your right, it's not a flaw, some of the bravest people were and are addicts. You may want to refrain from quoting subjects that you have not been thru, if u do believe u have been there then count ur blessings that in ur heat u have a choice, some people are not that lucky.
