Because in spite of all the evidence of a moral breakdown, as prophesied in the Scriptures, most would rather derisively mock and ridicule those who believe an impending doom is coming against unrepentant sinners rather than wake up from their desensitizing gradualism and thoroughly investigate what the Scriptures say
