Should I

I was going through
my mother’s things
trying to find something
that she will recognize.

She has good days and
she has bad days.

I had to hire a nurse
to help me take care
of her because when
she has a bad day
she can be a hand
full.

I felt bad about
going back to
work, but I am
behind on my
bills.

My boss said
that I can work
from home, so
I will do that
starting next
month.

 Some of my
friends are telling
me to put my mom
in a home.

I’m not going to
 lie sometimes
I do think about it
especially when,
she gets violent with
me and the nurse.

I want to take care
of my mother until I
can’t, but the question
should I put her in
a home is always in the
back of my mind.
