Deja Vu
Here we go again!
I’ve been here before...
My birthday’s coming up.
Thank God for another year.
Why are my funds so low though?
I thought I was setting everything in motion...
The Devil is busy!
He wants me to hate my birth month,
Year after year.
But, it ain’t workin’!
Greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world!
And, no weapon forged against me shall prosper!
So, I take my life as it comes day by day-
Week by week.
I am not afraid because I’ve already been here, and
I know what to do...
I’ll just keep on movin’ and pushin’ through!
I will not be defeated.
I will not hang my head low.
I’ll look to hills from whence cometh my help and
Know that everything’s gonna be alright!
