Last Frontier

minute broken pieces of glass and gold
no consoling embrace and warm arms to hold
alchemy at it’s finest, rejected in purifying the soul
for love has ceased while the fire burns the coal

Whilst the rain started pouring in torrents, in torns
the clouds covered the sun and the wind commenced the storm
in the deepest deep, you’d only hear a sorrowful moan
in solitude, there I live trying to be strong..

to envy the ocean in serenity and calmness
to jewel the samaritan in acts of goodness
there lies the horrible at the mountain’s crest
so as to relive the tenacity of turmoil at it’s best

I cried aloud where no one can hear;
my spirit whimpers inside without any trace of tears
recollecting the happiest moments of fruitful years...
the day I was yours.. so far yet so near..

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
