'i Do'

' I DO '

HAPPINESS AND SUNSHINE THE DAY WILL BRING
BLUEBIRDS AND ROBINS, THEY ALL SHALL SING
THAT SPECIAL DAY WHEN CHURCH BELLS RING

INTO A CHURCH THE PEOPLE WILL GO
KNOWING THESE TWO LOVE EACH OTHER SO
WAITING AND LISTERNING FOR THE WORDS ' I DO '
FOR THIS IS A LOVE THAT WILL BE TRUE

FOR MANY DAYS AND NIGHTS WILL PASS
THESE TWO PEOPLE HAVE LEFT THEIR PAST
A HOME AND CHILDREN FOR THEM AT LAST
THIS, THEY'LL ACHIEVE, THEIR GREATEST TASK

AS YEARS GO BY AND THEY HOLD EACHOTHER CLOSE
THEY'LL DREAM OF THEIR VERY FIRST NIGHT
AND HOW THEIR LOVE WAS TRUE
THAT LEAD THEM TO THE CHURCH THAT DAY
TO SAY THE WORDS 'I DO'
