Guess the Color

She is//
Elemental daughter of Mother Earth
Barefoot dancing on pavement slick with rain
Drunken toasts to sweet solitude
Pin drops in the distance, no silence to accompany it
She is//
Elemental daughter of Mother Earth
Muffled singing dripping down shower drains
A piece of paper drifting away in the wind, tears running after her
Autumn leaves wilting to cold fingers dipped in cloudy sun tonic
She is//
Elemental daughter of Mother Earth
Tide lapping at sandy feet, salty air on cheeks like shattered glass
Dim skies with raging whispers from the heavens
Bitter-sweet, bleeding hearts meeting unknown eyes
She is//
Elemental daughter of Mother Earth
Melancholy smoke trapped in crystal glasses
Heartbeats inscribed in stone, minds wandering away
RIOT
She is//
Elemental daughter of Mother Earth
